applies to anyone who handles or has access to information concerning individuals. Everyone in the school has a legal duty to protect the privacy of information relating to individuals and everyone responsible for using personal data has to follow strict rules called ‘data protection principles’.

When a pupil leaves Claremont and transfers to a new school, whether as an In Year or secondary transfer, their electronic records will be sent via a secure method online and paper records will be hand delivered and signed for by the receiving school.
