Headteacher's Welcome

'A hub of educational excellence and innovation, supporting and valuing everyone'

Welcome to Claremont Primary School and thank you for visiting our website. We hope that it will provide you with useful information about our school and will introduce you to our educational and personal values.

I am proud to be the Headteacher of this great school where all children, staff, governors and parents work hard together and are committed to ensuring a rich learning environment for all. Our high expectations of each other helps to determine our successes. Claremont Primary is a thriving and popular two-form entry primary school in Tunbridge Wells with a child-centred ethos. Our school values: Determination with Self-Belief; Respect and kindness; Joy in well-being and Imagination through Curiosity: help to guide our behaviours and attitudes towards achieving our best and support our exciting and innovative curriculum - Discover, Explore, Create.

Our talented and dedicated team provide purposeful, interesting and relevant opportunities both within and beyond the classroom and school day. This allows us to maintain and extend our personal skills to ensure the school remains a place where children take risks, feel happy, safe and proud, and aspire to achieve. We are exceptionally proud of all our successes, academic, sporting, chess, creative - all of us challenge ourselves to be the best that we can be.

If you would like to know more about us, please feel free to contact our helpful office team to answer any queries or arrange a visit.
